Poor Product damages windows product , money should be refunded. Please don’t use it.

> 3 dayThis was disk did not help me unlock my laptop. I followed the instructions on the packaging it came in and when I got to the steps I needed to unlock, there were instructions telling another step needed to download was going to cost me more money. I gave up trying to unlock and will call Dell to have them help me unlock. The Linux makers help/support page was not available and it would have cost money to get the help if o had called.

Greater than one weekDidn’t work and I sent an email to the one listed and no one ever got back to me. Do not buy this. A waste of money and absolutely no help from their supposed help line.
