> 3 dayTHIS IS A FANTASTIC BOTTLE FOR DRINKING WATER, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ONE THAT TYPICALLY TRIES TO DRINK A GALLON A DAY AS RECOMMENDED. THE INSULATION COVER WORKS BEAUTIFULLY AND THE HANDLES ARE EXTREMELY CONVENIENT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT W/THE WATER IN IT, IT IS QUITE WEIGHTY SO IT DEFINITELY IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR HIKING OR ANY TYPE OF SPORT WHERE YOU WILL HAVE TO CARRY IT. EVEN W/THE LONGER STRAP, THIS THING IS FAIRLY HEAVY W/WATER IN IT AND THE STRAP DUG INTO MY SKIN WHEN I USED IT. OTHERWISE, THIS IS A GREAT BOTTLE!

Greater than one weekReally big water bottle. Can get heavy if filled to the top but it was the perfect bottle for me because my previous water bottle was only 64 oz . Takes me 2 days to finish the whole thing
