Its a DIN rail, and pretty straightforward and awesome! Weights as much as a soda can. No screws included. You sick it on the wall and screw it onto the wall with your own screws. Amazing!

This has to be the best piece of aluminum I have ever purchased. All jokes aside, its a strip of aluminum that did its job mounting a KWH meter. Quality as expected.

First time using DIN rail. These seem to be very strong and well made. Mine was not quite 12, rather 300 mm or ~11-13/16; this slight difference isnt important for the reason I bought this, but could be for others or for me at a later time. The page does state in the middle where nobody reads that they could be 11.75 to 12, so within the margin.
