This is the second replacement for my Flotron. Seems a bit brighter than the last one. Can be tricky to get in and out but thats not the bulbs fault. One caution, no mater what the Flotron instructions say… they tell you to hang it out away from buildings. Which implies it can handle rain storms. Turn it off if its going to be getting water on it. You will see flashing and hear a lot of loud crackling if you dont. I believe it shortens the bulb life and may cause safety issues.

I keep these bulbs running 24/7 for months at a time. These are very long lasting, but my fell out when cleaning and needed to be replaced.
