Greater than one weekI used these under my washer and under a small fridge. In the case of the washer, it did not reduce the noise, but did reduce the vibration that shook the walls. I think it did help with the noise the fridge makes.

> 3 dayWe live in a semi-detached house, and my wife is an early bird exerciser jumping on her NordicTrack Classic Pro Skier for a 30 minute workout at 5:30AM. One day while working in the basement she began her workout in the afternoon, and the house began rumbling as if a train going by, accompanied by a rythmic noise of an field oil pump. It turned out to be her on second floor working out. I was surprised the noise and rumbling traveled two floors down. My neighbors also inquired as to what the source of noise was so early in the morning. After searching I came across this item. Now, unless I am standing next to her while working out. I do not hear the Skier in the next room with the door closed, and I do not hear the Skier anywhere else in the house, and the rumbling is gone. It actually worked for us.

> 3 dayI purchased these to place under my bed as there is vibration from below. I put one pad under each corner and there was actually no change. The corners of the bed sink into the vibration pads thus making the depth minimal in comparison. The corners of the bed are obviously smaller than the vibration pad so the corners sink into it. I was going to try using two under each corner but this may be better for a washer/dryer than under a bed.

> 3 dayOne Amazon customer wrote about this item: They dont provide enough support for heavy speakers such as main speakers and woofers. They can be easily compressed by weight, exactly like memory foam. Once they are compressed, they stay paper-thin and provide no support. Better get something made of rubber . I definitely agree with him. Not worth buying.

> 3 dayWay too soft, they compress and flatten with little effort. They dont spring back, even placing a larger flat surface on top of them yielded the same result.

> 3 dayI put these under my clothes washer feet soon to realize that the feet just penetrate through the foam. There is no hard solid surface on one side to make use of the whole block surface area to support the entire surface area for the load.
