Soft, but really does a great job....my grout is getting closer to being light gray every time I do my floors. Loving the Bissell steamer!

They fit exactly like the name brand pads that came with the mop for a fraction of the price.

Perfect fit for my bissell steamer. Threw it into the washer but not dryer. (Don’t know if it would shrink)

Very happy I purchased these with my mop. The mop only comes with 2 pads and since I mop often 1 has already torn so having these as a back up is a life/time saver.

The “pull-off” tabs are different from the originals but it doesn’t bother me at all. I’m happy with my purchase, it was worth it.
