10 Rolls Tesas Most Advanced High Heat Harness Tape 51036 Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW

This tape is fantastic!!! Do not think that this is a very sticky electrical tape, IT IS NOT! This is a phenomenal everything automotive restoration, hot rod, daily driver, race car, british and Harley vibrators, put it anywhere on them tape. You start and finish the wire wrapping by starting about 2 below where you want to start and work away from the start to where you want it to actually start by overlapping both the start and finish ends, thats all you need to do and it will stick to its self. Use about 20% overlap as you wrap. Used it 2 years ago on a 1968 Newport Convertible and the engine bay still looks factory. Also used it on a couple porsches inside and under the hood as well.

use where appropriate and its the best there is. period. highly recommend for automotive electrical repairs.

Iv used two different versions of this Tesatape. This version reminds me more of what BMW uses to wrap harnesses with. It seems to have good spill resistance, decent adhesion to itself, and it looks very nice with Splitloom. The other Tesa tape iv used didnt perform as expected and tended to hold in moisture more than it repelled it

Very nice product, easy to use and tough as nails. I had to cut a harness open after about a week and this product actually fused together and came off like a piece of conduit, I could not un tape it. I regularly wrap automotive air intake pipes with header wrap to insulate from heat and found that this tape is fantastic for securing the wrap ends - no more stainless steel zip ties!

Extremely strong. Adhesion could be better. Just keep it wrapped tightly.
