> 3 dayI was feeling terrible about the number of plastic bags I was contributing to the landfill from cleaning up after my dog. These cornstarch bags work great and are cute.

22-11-2024Almost no dog waste bags are EASILY compostable, including these. That said, at least the material from which they are made (including the center cardboard roll) are an improvement over other bags. As others have mentioned, they are much easier to open and tear from the roll. I think these will be my go-to bags now. addendum: I think the small sticker keeping the bags from unrolling is stickier than previous orders. I tried to carefully remove it, but ended up with a large hole in the bag rendering it unusable. I still like these bags though!

> 3 dayI was happy to hear how these bags are good for the environment, they are easy to rip off, open and use on the walks with the pup. I will keep purchasing them, pretty sturdy and easy to tie up to throw away!

> 3 dayReally liked some of the manufacturing details about this product, including its biodegradable and compostable features upon each dispense. Every pet owner should be mindful of proper pet waste disposal and consider utilizing a similar product to ensure their pet’s waste is effectively composted or becomes fully biodegradable AFTER it has been dispensed into a waste receptacle and picked up by their local waste management facility. Purchased a box last month for less than $14, but now it’s available from only one vendor for approximately $40. There are several vendors that offer a similar product at a more affordable price. My greyhound is a part of the family and he eats/poops everyday, just like we do. That being said, I am always actively searching for comparable products...that offer competitive prices to better suit my limited, fixed income. I have yet to find the perfect, reliably affordable pet waste disposal product that meets specific material composition standards and/or exceeds genuine earth friendly criteria. We should all make a continuous effort to limit/eliminate plastic waste, decrease pollution.

21-11-2024Ive tried many different brands of bio pet waste bags, only to realize the difference in biodegradable, compostable industrial and home compostable. As an environmentally conscientious person, I then tried only brands of home compostable pet waste bags. I tried several. Give A Shit is the best! They are easy to open, tear apart easily, and are large enough for, well, large piles! They feel thin, but I have not had any issue with them ripping at all (and I have large dogs), so dont let that fool you. Plus their name makes me smile every time a use them :)

> 3 dayI was a little bit skeptical about these bags when I first bought them because Ive been disappointed with shoddy bags before and these are kind of expensive to not be perfect, but I really loved the idea of a non-plastic option, particularly one that is compostable. These bags did not disappoint! They are sturdy, easy to tell which end to open, easy to get open, and I havent had a single one be defective. Theyre generously sized, which is an important consideration for my large dog, and they hold up to being tied to his harness during walks until we either get back home or find a trash can. My only complaint is the sticker that each roll is sealed with- it doesnt peel off without stretching and/or tearing the first bag. I can generally keep most of the damage to the top of the bag where it wont really matter, but its definitely annoying!

> 3 dayWe’ve been using Arm & Hammer but decided to try a different, more environmentally friendly one. I love the easy dispensing of this and the fact it traps in poop odors. Will be subscribing from now on!

> 3 dayFirst off, I love that these are 100% compostable. Most of the ones out there are biodegradable, but thats not saying much. They are also very sturdy. Ive never had one rip or tear. They are nice and big. They dont smell weird. Really everything you could ask for. They are also a good price.

23-11-2024Biodegradable Vegetable Based are great. With so much plastic pollution being manufactured -even though we cannot always get away from the usage plastic- it can make a small difference in the contribution to a better Earth. I use these for my small pups and I am hoping the company has or will put out some larger stronger bags made for larger dogs (my German Shepherds are going to grow). I would not mind paying a bit more to have the piece of mind that these will degrade.
