The Double Chocolate and Rocky Road are my favorite flavors. Strawberry is also pretty good. Even though it only has 2 or 3g of sugar, Extreme Milk Chocolate tastes a little too sweet for my liking. I usually put 3/4 - 4/4 of a scoop in a red solo cup and fill it to the top with water. It mixes easily, doesnt clump, and tastes good. The recommended amount is a heaping scoop but with 12oz water that creates a few clumps (which I hate, yuck), and if you dont stir intermittently, the excess settles to the bottom so I just use less. Highly recommended.

Cant believe how full it is!! Usually its all settled and the container is half full. Very impressed with the amount of powder. I was hoping for a little better in the taste department, I had a powder I once loved, but dont remember who made it? It was amazing!! This tastes better than most....(white chocolate)

This is my alternative to pricey Shakeology. I love the chocolate Shakeology flavor/texture more, but this has been an excellent alternative. I do add a slight bit more than a scoop to give a thicker texture. I blend it with ice, a chunk of frozen banana, water, Spinach (cant taste it!) and peppermint extract.

I started with this product, as it is ubiquitous and tastes okay. But in time, I learned that there are three kinds of protein in such powders (concentrate, isolate, and hydrolyzed) and that you should always stay away from the first because of all the extra calories added.

This one is the second best I found. This flavor has only 10kcal (maybe 20kcl) more than the best protein in found (which is Legion Whey) and a few more ingredients. But l get 74 servings and 24 G of protein with this one for $57 vs 30 servings and 23g of protein with Legion Whey for $39. Just a matter of budget. In my opinion, the white chocolate tastes great with water, it tasted too sweet and weird when l first tried it with milk.

Tastes good. I said this before tasting the newest jug I got and am wondering if they changed the recipe!? Gross! This tastes horrible! I want the old recipe!

Amazing protein powder ordered double chocolate and it’s delicious used it for a month now and already see a huge difference in my muscles
