> 3 dayI actually don’t have a cast but I’m having to go to wound care due to a diabetic foot ulcer that I could not clean with regular soap and have to be super careful of coming into contact with any germs. This worked perfectly to protect my foot while in the shower. No leaks.

> 3 dayI was skeptical upon opening the package but the plastic stretches over the cast/boot and fits snugly on your leg. Ive been using the same one for three weeks. I put it above the knee and then pull it down a little bit (as the instructions say) and it fits snugly. Foot/leg stays 100% dry.

> 3 dayThey kept the cast dry, but they are very tight fitting on the legs.

Greater than one weekI ruptured my achilles tendon exactly 6 months ago today, and was in a cast for 7.5 weeks. Before purchasing this product, I took my first shower with a bag over the cast. Needless to say, it was very leaky and got my cast all wet. Then I found this product, and although I was skeptical that anything could work well over a cast, I was pleasantly surprised for the next 7 weeks! Not only was it minimally leaky, if at all, I only ended up using just one of the two provided covers, because it worked so well and didnt expand in the leg hole as I thought it would. Its really a great product to provide some convenience and piece of mind during an injury.

07-06-2025The first 5-10 times, the seal was great. Obviously it’s recommended you change it out sooner, but we wanted to make it last. Great for having to get through rain, in the shower, etc. I don’t think we would’ve changed swimming in it. After the mouth stretched out we still used it but with an extra rubber band, the body of the cover never tore. For reference my husband is 6 foot and the seal went over his knee.

> 3 dayWhen we received it we thought there was no way they would keep my husbands soft cast dry while showering. It did! So easy to use too. It doesn’t fit over his X-Large “boot” he was given to wear but doctor said it was okay to remove it as needed. It has kept its shape and he hasn’t even needed to use the second cover yet. Worth the money and would purchase again.

> 3 dayI was worried these might not be big enough but they fit and sealed well over my cast which includes a splint that made it pretty wide. Not sure it would fit if the cast went higher than the knee.

> 3 dayThese aren’t that great! They’ll do the job for simple covers but i only had my toe covered so, I was able to just stand while pointing my toe upwards. Water got in to one of them the first time and the second time water got into both of them. Mind you I was really careful putting the toe in all the way to the bottom bc I just had surgery on it and it hurt like hell. I’ve used for efficient ones when I had ankle surgery. They come with rubber at the top and that wraps around your upper leg tight enough that no water gets in. So, again this does the job but it REALLY depends on what needs to be covered and keep in mind water may get in anyway. My personal opinion is that you can spend more money and get a better one.
