I love the designs of Elena Essex puzzles, and the quality of the Christmas puzzle was excellent. This particular puzzle had some unwanted bent pieces and edges. Not crazy bad, but very annoying for a brand-new puzzle.

This was so much fun! High quality peices.

When completed the puzzle’s colors are vibrant and make the little mushrooms pop off the background. The pieces themselves are in decent condition unlike some puzzles where stuck together pieces may rip when trying to separate. Overall, besides this I was super impressed with the seller herself. Upon completion I was missing several pieces and when I contacted the seller she was super sweet and offered to send out replacement pieces. I was really touched by the customer service I received and will definitely be a repeat customer

First puzzle I’ve done that promises to help you out if a piece is missing. Excellent idea, that’s going the extra mile, not to mention the puzzle is elegant and very unique in design from most other puzzles I’ve seen. I’m excited to order the rest of them and to see what new designs come next!

Not very hard for 1000 pieces. The colors were vivid, all the pieces were there. Pieces fit together well.

I loved this puzzle, but was disappointed to find 3 missing pieces. I got it Monday, finished Friday. I put it on my puzzle board, which was covered w a plastic sheet when I wasn’t using it, so I don’t think I lost them :( I’m bummed to not have a complete puzzle

I absolutely loved this puzzle. Took me maybe 24 hours to put it together. Comes with a little poster of the puzzle as well as a card to contact them incase any peices are missing. Its really beautiful and sturdy!

This puzzle is so beautiful, like a watercolor painting. 1000 pieces is challenging in my opinion but a teensy easier with this design because you can make groups of like colors. And the pieces fit well together. One of the most gorgeous puzzles I have assembled—don’t want to put it away!

It’s rare when a puzzle doesn’t have dust and pieces which are mis-cut or still connected. This puzzle had none these issues and exhibited virtually no glare.
