I bought these to put in a safe and then realized how many other places I could use them. They are easy to use and rechargeable, I havent had to recharge them yet but directions on back of package seems easy enough. Im very satisfied with my purchase.

I slipped two of these in between the plastic sheeting and the glass when when sealing the windows for the winter. (We are in an apartment that has dual-glazed windows, but the seal on one of the larger panes has failed and so its like having a single pane window - basically an open refrigerator door in the room during the winter! I put the packets in hoping that theyd take any moisture out of the space so I wouldnt have black mold growing in there from condensation of any moisture trapped in the space when it was sealed. I can happily say that there is absolutely no trace of condensation inside the airspace at all, and definitely no mold at all! Im thinking I probably could have done well using only one, in hindsight. The only reason I didnt rate durability is that we havent had them long enough to let you know that.

12/29/22 To my absolute surprise these actually work really well. So Im about to give the general times and conditions for my testing so take them with a grain of salt. Over the last two weeks about I left three of these outside in separate containers with approximately 200 gallons of volume. One container does not have a weather seal/stripping and the others do. Their stripping covered the contact surfaces around the lid when fully closed(they were designed and market as weather resistant). The temps have ranged from 16 degrees F one night to 52 degrees F another, with varying rain and snow. And yet the indicator on the non sealed containers was only changing from blue to pink. Considering the condition and extreme wetness this desiccant did a great job of keeping everything within dry. The containers (other 2) were still clearly blue on the indicator and did not need to be microwaved to release the moisture and reset the desiccant. Will update if anything major happens.

Really like the color changing when its saturated. So far its great. Lets see the capability!!!

These are so amazing, Ive been recommending them to everyone. Im currently living in a tropical climate and have been having issues with my clothes molding and various other items. Also concerned about my electronics. These desiccant bags works REALLY well. We dont have a microwave (yet), so on very hot, sunny days, I set them out on the dry deck to recharge and it works. I keep a hygrometer to test humidity levels and the color dot does change as described. I highly recommend this product.

These desiccant bags are perfect for keeping my filament dry. I bought a five pack though one bag is more than plenty for a small airtight container like the one I use.

Plan on buying another in time.
