Im using these to store partial yarn skeins and smaller yarn balls. The cinch closure is secure but also allows the yarn thread through for easy use directly from the sachet. The fabric is sheer enough to clearly see which color yarn is kept inside but sturdy enough to keep the yarn together (from a tight ball to scattered chaos) and protected from pet hair, dust, and snags. Even though each sachet holds more yarn than you might think, with 500 pieces, you can split your remnants into multiple bags, if needed.

These little bags are perfect for necklaces and earrings.. they are so sheer yet durable… this is the third time for purchasing them.
