So far so good

This product looks okay but to me this is theft by deception considering the cost of solar wires. I never did plug them in. I measured these and they were like 194 best I could measure from end to end of the connectors. If you multiply this by thousands of customers thats a lot of wire being shorted. Its like stealing a nickel a day from every customer -- only probably more in this case. I even tried to be generous on my measurements as it is difficult to get these fully straight to measure. Clearly NOT ALL manufacturers are doing this as I bought some battery cables and they were either exactly the right measurement or maybe a little over the stated length. If ANYONE gets these and they ARE the full 20 please post your results. So Dont buy these -- dont reward bad companies.

Has ends installed easy to use..

Our panels ( purchased on Amazon) are in our back yard. We had the 6 foot cords. Adding these cords and the connectors purchased here as well has allowed us to move the panels further away from trees to capture more sun and reduce the risk of falling limbs. These cords have been outside for several months with a dog and a cat in our yard, no damage. I did move them in when the ice storm came through, but they weren’t needed because they and the panels and the Bluetti had done their job of making us feel we would have energy if the ice interrupted our power supply.

I liked the cables they were just what I needed they connected good but when I went to disconnect them I found both female ends were made wrong and the disconnect tool would not fit. So Ill need to replace both female ends to use them the next time. UPDATE!! I had originally gave it 3 stars because of the female ends being made a little smaller where you use the disconnect tool. I found a universal tool that had 2 size disconnect probes, so with this tool I cant find any faults I hope this helps!

You need this if you use solar panels while camping...no power dropped due to correct thickness and gauge to feed controller.
