It falls over all the time!

The cord was too short. I bought these so I can run it on the floor flush without it hanging. (The google wifi has short cables too and the closest outlet is across the fireplace.) This is supposed to be the 10 ft but obviously its not. I was going to return this but I dont wanna deal with waiting for another product.

Does what is supposed to do, well.

Power cord is very short and this is much bigger than I thought it would be. We got it for our travel trailer but because of the size were using it at home.

I have a cluttered home office. I needed something that I could plug a monitor, a laptop, a router, computer speakers, and another small device into (just 5 of 8 ports), and I ended up using one of the USB ports as well for charging my wireless headphones. It worked great for 9 months, then suddenly one entire side of the tower stopped working. After troubleshooting a bit, it became clear that its because the on/off switch is broken. To be clear, I never touch that switch. I clicked it on when I first set it up then never touched it again. But one day the two devices that were plugged in on that side lost power. I clicked the switched to off and back to on, and it only provided power for a split second. Even in the on position, it is off. To make the tower work, I would have to push the button all the way in and hold it with my finger, which obviously I cannot do for an entire work day. I also cannot plug all five devices into the other side because the ports are too close together, and I can only fit a maximum of 3 devices on the other side. I tried using duct tape and a bead to hold the button in the fully compressed position, but the spring is so strong the duct tape couldnt hold it down. If not for this issue, I would have given it 4 or 5 stars (I might have removed a star because the ports are too close together). But with only 4 working ports (which are not spaced enough), it can no longer serve its purpose.

Great product!! I wish the cord was longer and there were a little more lighting on the tower. I have bought 2 of them and very happy I did.

I bought this for my husband for all of his electronics and plugins. It is perfect! He is extremely pleased and I will be ordering more for our other rooms. Highly recommend.

I did not look closely at the direction of the outlet slots. Most of my plug-ins are for Modem, and wireless modem. They have plugs that force me to cover up the other outlets. It was my fault for not looking but it would have been nice if the manufacture had considered the design of desk top items such as modems etc. But the product works great!

Enough outlets to please me!
