> 3 dayThis power strip caught my eye because I have two older and one newer iPad that I need to keep charged at all times, and in a location where I need standard outlets as well. This power strip has been a great solution, because it eliminates needing to use the charging adaptors for the iPads. And the strip has a nice, clean design. The power switch only requires a simple touch and indicates power-on status with a pleasant blue glow. It seems well made, yet is very compact and light, which makes it ideal for travel. My only concern, in that regard, is that the power cord isnt very long, which could be an issue in some hotel rooms. I do appreciate the right-angle plug at the end of the cord, which makes it easier to connect in tight spaces (like where Im using it). So far its been 100% reliable. The iPads charge quickly, even with equipment plugged in to the standard outlets. I hope I never need the overload protection, but Im glad to know that its there. Highly recommended.

20-11-2024These are a good value and seem to work just fine. I havent tested each and every port on there, but if I notice any issues Ill edit them here. I really like the compact size. My biggest complaint, and the reason I took a star off, is because the type of thick cable they use seems to keep all the bends/folds from when it was initially packaged, so that if you have it going along your wall or something, it looks incredibly awkward/janky. Thinner cords will just lie flat, but this one holds its shape. For me, the purpose of having a surge protector with a long cable is because I need it to extend from point A to point B. In this case, I would suggest getting this for a space where you dont need the cord to be visible, like under a desk or behind a TV.

20-11-2024I ordered this for my sons bedroom. There is an outlet in the wall behind his bed that is tough to get to. I chose this power strip because it has a flat plug head. His other plugs were the standard ones, which were getting bent up from his bed bumping against them. This one sits relatively flat against the wall and the problem has been eliminated. It also has the USB ports which he can use for his phone or other devices. Ive used it a few times myself, for charging my phone and my Kindle. It works perfectly and answers all of our needs. I wouldnt mind having a few more of these to keep around the house.

> 3 dayExcellent extension cord, especially if you want an easy on/off switch to avoid having to unplug and plug from the wall socket. The on/off button is exactly what I had been hoping to find, solid feel and quiet but audible click to let you know something is happening.

> 3 dayPurchased several to scatter around the house and keep one in my travel case. The plug head is a little thicker than I would have wanted, but alot less than those other kinds. It does fit well behind a desk, bed, etc. and you wont worry on it coming out. Could have been a foot longer, but, Ill sacrifice that for all the features in this little compact.
