I live in an area where there are no street lights. These put in my garage and post lamp give a great deal of illumination to a pitch black environment. Definitely lifts the security feel being able to see out and increases the effectiveness of my security cameras picking up images and clarity at night

We are remodeling and along with replacing our old light fixtures throughout the house with the cool farmhouse looking lights I also bought these Edison bulbs in the soft style. The bulbs look awesome and even though they are called soft they are really very, very bright. I cant imagine using the bulbs labeled regular or bright- I would think they would be blinding indoors. These are the first Edison style bulbs Ive ever bought and Im glad I went with soft first- these came well-packed and Im sure Ill stick with this seller/bulb style when its time to reorder in the future. I bought these during Julys Prime Day sale- cant remember what I paid but it was a great deal. Ill try and buy again on Black Friday if needed- these bulbs are pricey (but worth it).

Energy efficiency I just give 4 starts because I just got them, but Im pretty sure they are, and longevity as well maybe I will do an update on thet later on. And when it comes to brightness is exactly what I was looking for, is the perfect color for me, not too dark not too bright, just perfect for me, I think its a happy medium.

All of the bulbs work and are very bright, but they have a very unnatural green tint that is uncomfortable to be around. Items that are red look dull, and I doubt the advertised CRI rating on these bulbs.
