So many colors and wayyy cheaper than at blick or michaels! Quality is totally fine

I love the variety of colors they have but I bought three bags and none of the strings are coded. You can see in the picture that the colors have pretty close shades so it’s hard for me to stick to the same colors when I run out and have to use a new bag. It would be more convenient if each color was coded for those who stitch/embroider/etc frequently.

Floss thread isnt thick as DMC loss. Product I received had no color description or color number. Color shades not the same.

Bought this set for my wife because she wanted to learn how to embroider and she loves it, hasnt put her embroidery hoops down in over a week. Lots of colors and duplicates of colors you would probably use more of like red, green, black and blue.

Great assortment of colors, worked well for embroidering names on stockings.

The lighter colors are okay, not great. The darker colors are barely useable and the black isn’t usable at all. The strands separate on their own and are difficult to thread. They do not have proper slip and tangle easily.

Overall, very happy with these for hand embroidery projects! When I compared these skeins with DMC flosses, these didnt look quite as satiny as the DMCs. But when I used these flosses, I couldnt tell the difference in finished pieces side by side! Also, the numbers SLIGHTLY correspond to DMC. The shade was slightly off when I compared them. There are LOTS of shades of brown/tan, which is good if youre doing shading in brown maybe? But there werent nearly as many purples as other colors, and I embroider a lot of flowers. I havent tested them yet to see if theyre colorfast, but I hope so, since tea towels are going to be my next project! The other thing is that the eyes in these needles arent as big as they look. If youre trying to thread two strands at once, you still almost need a needle threader. But at a fraction of the price of name brand embroidery floss, Id definitely get these again!
