My daughters adaptive stroller had a blow out on the trails a few months back but this should get her back on the trails. We bought one of those trailers from Wal-Mart for the kid to ride in while we rode our bikes. The tire went flat and I ended up blowing the tube when I was re inflating it. This tube works as a great replacement, havent had any flats or issues since purchase.
