The inside of the case is very soft. So far I spilled water on it once and it repelled nicely. The front pocket is big enough for a small notebook and pen with room for another item. This sleeve slides nicely into the laptop pocket of my smedium-sized backpack.

I love this. A great value. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it is more pink in real life than the photo leads you to believe. I might have picked a different color had I known that, but it wasn’t enough to make me return it for a different color. Just not exactly what I thought I was getting. But it’s a great and durable sleeve that I use every day. I was pleasantly surprised that both my mouse and charger fit in the zip pocket.

Bought the case for my high school kid since the school gave everyone a Chromebook to use. They need to carry the Chromebook to and from school daily. The case is for sure of very good quality and provides protection for busy students.
