13 Piece Wood Happy Birthday Cake Set| Cake, Candles, Serving Tool & Tray|Party Roleplaying for Kids|Vanilla Cake

This was my daughters favorite gift for her birthday. She plays with it more than any toy she has. She still cannot cut through the Velcro to slice the pieces yet, but doesn’t stop her play. Only issue- the felt flames on the candles come out easily on some when my daughter pulled them (I glued these in so we’ll see if they last). Overall, great product that keeps my daughter entertained for a while!!

I bought this for my two year old granddaughters birthday. We gave it to her a week early. She spent the week practicing blowing out the candles and cutting the cake. Very durable. Liked the realness of the candles with the felt-like flames.

My son wanted a kick and his little cousins had this one so we went with the same one. It’s holding up well and no complaints.

Our granddaughter loves to play pretend birthday party. She holds up this cake with its candles and sings happy birthday to her dolls. It seems quite durable. The Velcro’s is a clever idea and she loves “cutting” the cake with the included cake cutter.

Perfect for a special needs 7 year olds kitchen set. Everyday is a happy day for her so we celebrate a lot with this fun cake. Made from sturdy wood and painted with attractive colors, the removable candles are adorable. A friend who has a home day care fell in love with it and ordered one for her crew.

Very well made. Love this product. Only bad thing is there are 6 candles constantly missing but my toddler has a blast with it!

This cake is so cute. It is well made and durable wooden pieces. My 3 year old granddaughter loves it. We have sung happy birthday many times with this cake. She loves cutting it and handing out the slices. She also matches the colored candles to the same colored circles on the slices. It is hard to cut with the wooden spatula that it comes with but we use a plastic play knife that works well.

I bought this for my daughter who just turned 3. She had a plastic birthday cake that was handed down to her and needed replacing, and Im so glad I chose this one! Not only is it a pretty cake, but I can tell its going to last. The Velcro is strong (which some people find to be a negative, but not me or my daughter)! We also love that the candles fit down into the cake and stay put (as opposed to other brands that have shallow holes, or weak Velcro holding them on). I read complaints about the knife not being functional, but my 3 yr old makes it work just fine. She even cuts it on the cake plate, which others were claiming was impossible. It takes effort, but she does it. Overall, we are very happy with this cake, and even though I now have to play Birthday Party 10 times a day, its worth it! (**note: That chocolate piece in the middle, does not attach to the cake. I thought it was maybe magnetic or had a small piece of Velcro under it, but it doesnt. My daughter doesnt use it at all; no biggie.)

This product will be a great addition to my granddaughter’s play kitchen! Great quality!

All in all, this is a very cute, sturdy toy. I was disappointed that the plate holds the cake SO snugly that it is impossible to put the cake knife through the pieces to cut them out. You have to take the cake out completely off the plate to cut it. Still, this is a minor disappointment. The colors are very true to the photo. It all seems very sturdy and well-made. Additionally, it is a heavy wood. I sad to report that within the first couple days the paint started to rub off on some of the corners of the cake pieces, but Im not sure how it can be avoided with all the scraping that goes on. We have spent MANY happy hours playing with this cute cake. I think my favorite thing about it is that, while the cake plate itself is pink, it is not a big, huge, only-pink cake. Any child would be happy to play with a cake with such bright and cheery birthday colors.
