Both the mouth/head and arms are maneuverable but probably a little difficult for small hands to do all at once, but it dont think it detracts from the use and enjoyment of it by a kid. A nice size, too; big enough to be fun but not too big to use as a puppet.

Greater than one weekBought this for our daughter and she adores it. It’s very well made and has held up well. She is still learning the correct way to hold it and make the mouth and hand move but she’s 7 so it will take some time. Worth the buy!!
