I hesitated before buying this, wondering if it was big enough for my 12 year old who wanted an inexpensive puppet to practice ventriloquism. It is perfect! Very nice quality with a good look and feel. While it does not come with a stick for arm movement, I feel that is something we can look for if/when we are ready to upgrade. This puppet is terrific toy and starter puppet
