Nice laptop bag but I did not receive the straps that comes with the bag...

I am in love with this bag. It is top quality. It is exactly like the description and even more. It is big and spacious. The best part is that the inside is velvet. I could not ask for more. I know that my brand new laptop will be safe and scratch free. Love love love it. Thank you sooo much.

The only thing I would change is the side pocket could use a little more space. I struggle to get my paper in there or even my charger.
