> 24 hourNice enough bag, BUT its not wide enough for a laptop that is 16 1/4 wide. Disappointed, I then ordered the 18.4 version figuring an extra inch will be all I need. To my shock, when the replacement arrived it was a full 20 wide. This wont be accepted as a personal item on any airline, and its at least 3 wider than the first one. So theyre both going back, and Ill have to try a different brand that measures more accurately.

> 24 hourThis bag quality was very disappointing. I bought it in July 2018 and this is now Sept 2018 and the handles have started to rip away from the bag. There was NOT a lot of weight in the bag but the bag was used 5 days per week. Though the bag itself looks good (my husband does not beat it), the bag will have to be tossed out.....rather pricey. I would not purchase again.
