This is a great bag for travel. I needed my laptop but didnt want to take my regular laptop bag as its heavy and cant carry anything else. This has SO much room. I was able to put shoes, clothes, makeup, and the laptop/charger/mouse. Still had room to spare. I cant speak to its durability as I just used it once but Ill def be using this routinely for trips. And it may even replace my laptop bag I use to go on client sites - definitely will use for work travel as it may be the only bag I need! You can get quite a bit of clothes in it. The only downside is the water bottle pockets on the side arent very deep and my water bottle wouldnt stay in them. But there is a great pocket in the front thats open at the top that can take the place of that. I can def recommend this one.

I DO NOT HAVE TO TRAVEL WITH LUGGAGE ANYMORE. THIS WILL HOLD EVERYTHING I NEED AND MORE. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS BACK PACK.

This will be my Third SwissGear backpack purchase. Both of the other two lasted through years of use and overstuffing.also I kept purchasing the next size up.Each one held up to the years of rough use, each one lasting long enough for me to find the next size I felt comfortable purchasing.the last one got a rip about 6 to 8 inches between the handle and the main zipper due to exceeding the maximum weight and storage capacity. After sewing up ripped I still got another year and a half out of it until I found the 18.5 laptop version at the price I wanted. Also the repair is still holding. I am looking forward to see how this one holds up but I have no doubt it will last just as long as the rest. Only time will tell if I will fill this one up to max capacity. I would buy this product again and do plan on buying other SwissGear products in the future Awesome Brand

I plan to carry my Alienware laptop, Android tablet, Steam Deck, and Nintendo OLED Switch with appropriate accessories and I think this will work great.

I have nit used it yet. I just want you to know that I am dissatisfied when I see incorrect stitched where my new product should be perfect.

Its a very good back pack, with so much space, compartments, fits 2 laptos 17, iPaq or tablet up to 13 and many pockets too. It will fit many things with easy. Only down side is that, 2 compartment Zipper is one way only, but the others compartments are conveniently 2 way zippers. Just make sure which one is the right size for your travel, dont get exited to buy the big size back pack, because it is BIG, so maybe the intermediate size or the small one will do the task for you.

Really good backpack big enough to carry all your stuff more than enough space for travels too and everyday life.especially if your a college student.

Updating to 5 stars because the company addressed the issue - I wont give details about how, because I dont want companies to be expected to do the same thing for every issue. But I will say that they have a ton of integrity, stand by their product, and treat customers like everyone is a vip. I now have a new bag without a ripped pocket, and its the best. Ive traveled with it and packed 3 days worth of stuff into it. The chest strap kept it from killing my back with the weight. It fits multiple large devices, and is designed extremely well to organize business and personal items. My daughter has a Carhartt bag, and they are known for their quality and are popular -- and are very awesome as well, but this laptop backpack blows the carhartt backpack away, its hands down a 100 times better. Below is my original rating (was a 3), but I raised it to a 5 for the quality of the bag -- while the company went above and beyond (super impressed with them), my new rating is still based on the bag itself. That said, because of both the quality and the integrity of the company, Ill be getting everything I need in this area from them from now on, and I rarely give my business to just one company, but thats how impressed I am :-) OLD REVIEW -- company fixed it: Might have been a good bag for the price, but theres a whole compartment I cant even use because it came with a ripped pocket. For that I couldve just bought a used one. Shouldnt have to pay full price for a damaged product :-(
