This adapter was exactly what I needed when my old one died, and Amazon got it to me in a flash!

This powered my HP display perfectly. I misplaced my original but later found it. I am using this device instead because it provides more output current & barely gets warm.

My original power supply ended up somewhere other than our lanai which collapsed. This replacement is working just like my original. Thankfully the monitor was more protected and still works.

Did not fit my monitor even though it was listed.

Got this adapter after misplacing the original and it works just fine for the HP 27vx monitor that I purchased from a neighbor.

My major concern was compatibility with my specific monitor. I have an HP X6W26AA which is an HP 24ea 23.8-inch display. This item worked just fine. I have been using it for about 1 month - just fine. Plus - the cord is pretty long - did not measure it - but my AC outlet is rather far away - not a problem.
