This is the second system Ive purchased from Beseen control, previous one been running for close to 2 years and has kept up with electrical, weather and other external factors without issues. The software is easy to use, it comes with everything you need and plenty of information on the setup and the physical connections to the sensors, keypads, magnets and power supply. People in the office feel a lot safer since both are installed in strip-mall type offices and have all kinds of soliciting going on, this has stopped a good 80% of that and also paired it with the APP that people control from their phones when someone needs to get in the office and forgot their card or keychain token. Also used a RING doorbell right next to the external keypad, this way I know if we should actually open the door or not. Solid system, easy to install and setup. Cant beat it for the price :)

I use this magnet lock for my commercial gym. It gives easy access to the trainers! Anytime I had a question about installing it they answered right away. For the price it can’t be beat! I will definitely buy this product again.

Emailed support and even though we had 15hour difference, we set a date and time and was able to my problem fixed. luckily my problem kept my system running in the meantime so still had access but Chen was able to help me out.

The instructions are translated and the English is not great, but I have a background in electronics so it was very simple to install. It seems well built and looks like it will last. The software is pretty simple to use and it takes a minute to get use to it. I did have a question about one of the settings and I got an email response with the answer in about 20 minutes. Customer service so far has been excellent.

This product worked exactly as advertized. If you have some experience with computers and connecting electronics, I highly recommend this product. It works perfectly and the support is great. I had one small issue, contacted the seller and he responded right away and resolved my problem. Highly recommended!

I sell multiple access control systems. This one is good for lower security where end users want to have time schedules and audit trails. Tech support is pretty quick in responding. The software is a little clunky to operate which is why Im giving it a 4 star. Also, Im not sure of the longevity or life expectancy of the product.
