The install and setup of this is very straight forward. Programing is easy and understandable.

We added this product to our office. We had a few technical questions, which the seller was extremely quick and helpful in resolving. We use both the keypad and RFID components and so far it has been 100% reliable. I do recommend connecting the controller to a UPS, so the doors will remain locked should there be a power outage.

This is a perfectly good functioning Solution, and Ive put in 2 of these Access Control Systems in at different buildings for different locations. Yes, it does take some technical knowledge, and an investment of time to learn how to set it up, program it and test it, but there is nothing broken or inferior with this solution, no matter what other reviewers have said. I have had to reach out to support for assistance, on a couple of items and Ive been in the Tech Field for 30+ years, but the support is responsive and on-point.

Purchased this product for some doors that were installed in our facility and the quality of the system is great not to mention the customer support has been above and beyond I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a safe and secure entry system!!!

1st and foremost gr8t customer support. Very not typical to chinese products, yet this one seller is shining exception. The online support amd video is not very orsered and takes digfing to get to information, yet pnce found its great, diagra.s, drawing, instructions , walk through videos. What else can.you ask for. Yet this is not the best parts.. best part is the customer support you email, they response in 1 day the most. (.china rime, what can you do). And they also make conference call and remote desktop if needed... tech worry about spy ware, yet didnt notice anything to.concern, not to mention the system is not connected to the internet. Bottom line, not even one con, only pros.. So far so good... Pne more tip.. use surge peotector and battery backup to avoid disaster. That is what happen at my work site at 1st place, which brought them to me. Lol.

Purchased this product and the modularity is what I like the most. You can choose different locking mechanisms, exit readers, entry pads, etc. We got help from support whenever we had a question. I would definitely come back if I need another system for a separate location.

Product works well. Support is one of the best i have saw hands down.
