> 3 dayI purchased the bag in Mid Sept. After receiving the bag, I found some defects and reported to the seller. The seller was very responsive and sent me a new perfect one within a few days. Very impressive. The bag performance is excellent. When back to HK from my 2 week trip to London, I carried 3 extra long trench coats and 1 standard trench coat in the suit compartment of the bag, and 2 nylon light trench coats and 1 thick Burberry raincoat in the main compartment. Yes, we love Burberry, haha. Its amazing the bag can carry them all. The zippers and the joints are strong and secure. The weight of the bag is very light but the bag can maintain its shape well even when it isnt carrying many things. I would say the bag passed my stress test and I strongly recommend it.

> 3 dayThe functionality works awesome but the smell is horrible!! It smelled like burnt plastic or hair! The smell was so strong that it left my clothes with the same horrible odor. Had to return it.

> 3 dayGreat bag! I love the concept of it, and the execution is great. Ive been going on a few trips (for work, weddings, etc.) that need a suit and I have found that this is the only piece of luggage I need. For example, on a recent 4 day trip, I brought a full 3-piece suit (jacket, vest, pants), 3 button ups, 5 t-shirts, a large toiletry bag, 2 pairs of shorts, dress shoes, khakis, and more than enough underwear and socks, and this bag still had plenty of room to spare. The garment portion that holds the suit also did a great job holding the suit up and keeping it all wrinkle free - it has clips to keep everything in place. Another super useful feature are the mesh pockets on the side and the zippered pocket on the back; they came in handy plenty of times while traveling, compared to other similar bags that dont have any pockets at all. My only issue with it are the two large front pockets. As other reviewers have pointed out, they have quite a large opening, and things can easily fall out of them since closing them doesnt secure it tightly. I wish they had implemented a zipper instead of the little fake buckle. Speaking of zippers, I also bought some S-biner clips to hold the zippers together while traveling to prevent them from accidentally opening. A big problem with these types of bags is that they accidentally open a lot with enough weight. My friend bought a similar bag from Combatant Gent and it always starts to open up. I dont know if this bag has the same issue, and Ive never seen this bag have that issue, but Id rather play it safe than get on a plane and have my clothes fall out everywhere. Overall, its a great bag. Its form and functionality are top notch. I get tons of compliments on it, and people are amazed when they see it transform. Highly recommended.

Greater than one weekI like the garment bag function of it however this bag smells from when it initially arrived and doesn’t go away. I did what the shipper recommended which is just air it out however the smell doesn’t go away. I tried spraying it but still eventually comes back..next thing to do is put it in the washer but I don’t want to destroy my washer.

Greater than one weekThe shape of this bag is great for carrying on, at the initial review it looks sturdy and ready to go, no issues upon arrival and fits a Joseph A Bank suit, dress shoes, shirt and vest. The optional strap is also great for over the shoulder!

> 3 dayI use it all the time. Great innovative bag. I do have to agre with some other people on here indicating it has a funky smell. I have aired it out for a month now and the smell is still there though not as strong. I have had no issues with picking up the bag while it is heavy. Not sure how heavy it mustve been for that person to have both straps rip completely off. That has not happened with me.
