We had the mesh style for years and got so tired of getting our fingers stabbed a little by stray wires. This is much sturdier and solid. And it strains just as well. Great product.

We really enjoy these drain strainers. They catch lots of stuff which would have gone down the drain. They are easy to remove and empty. Cleaning them after generally just takes a little water and a dishrag.

Finish looks good, small holes to capture food bits, fits drain well.

Wish I had bought this a long time ago. So much food used to be trapped in the drain and it was next to impossible to get out. This is easy to clean and keeps food out of the drain.

These are heavy enough to stay in place even when our awful sink backs up. They catch every crumb and are so easy to dump out and clean. Made my life easier.

I was surprised to how nice this simple strainer was for the price. Good quality, it has a nice weight to it, very easy to remove without any fuss, and it cleans up with just a simple rinse. Would definitively get again, solid recommendation.
