Kids frequently misplace cables and chargers. These are a good replacement.

So much more convenient and smaller than the original 3DS charger. Charges equally as well. Don’t know why Nintendo tortured us with the charger.

I purchased 2 AC (wall) chargers for my sons Nintendo 3DS. They both stopped working after a short time. These cables work well and are more convenient because with the USB we can take them in the car or use any USB AC adapter to charge it. Would definitely recommend in lieu of the wall charger!

Ive used this cable for a day now. Ive played on the 3ds since launch and havent noticed anything strange. I was worried that since it didnt have that large block to plug in the wall my system would be fried but I guess not. This Charger had less immediate bad reviews than amazons top third party charger.

These USB cables work well. Im sure many of us know how Nintendo chargers (pre-Switch) are very finicky with voltage converters. If you plan to travel and take your DSi through New Nintendo 2DS XL console(s), I recommend these.

Ive wanted a USB charger for my DSi for years now, and I finally got one. It works pretty well in that department. No matter how much I move it around, it still charges, which is good. The problem with this charger is that its very inconsistent with the new 3ds xl. Even if I move my 3ds around, even a little, it refuses to charge. Thankfully, I have an original OEM charger, and that one actually works. So I guess Im stuck with wall charging, at least for my new 3ds xl. Still satisfied, though, its not that big of a problem.
