Worked the first time then no sound would play out of headphones. The sound still plays from device even when headphones are plugged in!

They broke to fast

Won’t connect. Shows up as “Baets” instead of, I’m assuming, “beats.” No way these are apple certified.

These worked well for mere days. After that, horrible crackle and screeching feedback. Completely stopped working after that. Very disappointed, as I need these for work.

Ive bought three pairs and 2 are broken and the other Disconnect when they want. I really dont recommend anyone buying these stick with the real and the original iPhone headphones.

I bought these to use at work. The first few times I used them they were great! Sound was perfect, they were noise canceling and didnt hurt my ears AT ALL! I loved them! But then after 4 times of using them it was like the cord had a short in it and if I moved while wearing them it would cut out and then I would have to move the cord around to get it to work again. So frustrating!

I dont want to sound vindictive. However, these are quite possibly the worst earbuds that Ive purchased on Amazon, and Ive bought more than a few of them over the years. The sound quality is just absolutely horrible. Very tinny and the volume, even at maximum, is still very low. I didnt even try using them for a phone call. It wasnt until after I tried them that I went back to the customer ratings. The 1-Star ratings are almost as high as the 5-Star ratings. Based on my experience, which includes being a professional DJ, and a military communications expert, this are likely the worst headphones/earbuds Ive ever run across.

Absolutely disappointed they didnt inform that this earbuds works through bluetooth.

Not the best, but good for the price. No bass, but needed something right away and they shipped quickly. Using them until we can afford better. Good option for now.

Awful. They don’t work! They tried to connect to wireless “baets” (I’m assuming they tried to spell “beats” ) every time you plug them into your phone. Even if you turn off your Bluetooth. Even still, if you connect via BT it’s scratchy and like I said they don’t work when plugged w BT off. I have a iPhone 11 Pro . I will be demanding a refund. The whole point of a wired set of headphones is to reduce the amount of radiation in my brain. These are Worthless!!!
