Greater than one weekThese will light up whatever is under it for sure. They would be a lot more useful if they swiveled and tilted down not just up. Once the are screwed in you are stuck with the position of the panels. If they could all be directed to one side or the other (twisted) and tilted down it would be a home run. My overhead fixture is not directly above what needs to be lit.
