I got this for a new iPod Touch I got a while ago and was going use on a trip for the first time. I wanted to make sure it was protected while listening to books, taking photos, etc while traveling. It came in a just a simple bubble envelope. The package was damaged/crushed on the top edges. I needed it right away, so I opened with fingers crossed. One of the two protectors was ok, but the other one was crushed around the large bottom opening. I didnt have time to return it and get another, so I went ahead and installed the good one. It was easy to install with no bubbles, but I am not too sure how well it will hold up due to the damage of the other screen and possible stress on this one. Im hoping that since the package was trashed so bad, and that only one of the screen protectors was affected, that it will hold up to normal usage and an occasional drop. I have it in a cover, so that should help. Crossing fingers!

First, on this item, how its packaged, the instructions it came with and the ability to see how to video instructions are all terrific with this company. I just put on the protector for my iPod touch that is about 4 years old and the screen looks amazing. Why I mention customer service, I bought a similar kit for my LG V20 a few months back, ran into a problem with the first screen I attached, they responded to my email immediately and they resolved my problem without hesitation or hassle, thats old school and thats integrity, both of which are getting harder to come by and I appreciate it and I will be a customer again in the future. I dont waste my time with a strong review unless its well deserved, as it is with this product and company.
