We live in Louisiana, and after reading all the reviews I selected this particular swing set. for the first year they were fantastic, occasional cleaning of the seat as these are in elements year round and you were good to go. About 18 months after having installed my kids started complaining about the chains being sticky. now at 2 years theyre basically glue. Bugs are stuck all over them and they have ruined several pairs of my kids pants and shirts. Everytime they swing they have to come in and wash their hands several times to get the chain coating off their hands. These are not suitable for consistent sun exposure in tropical climates. Ive had to replace the chains with default zinc plated chain as a result at an additional expense.

The swings are very nice. Seems to be good quality. Time will tell how it holds up to Florida sun. Was missing some of the assembly but the seller responded quickly and sent the missing items quickly also. No complaints
