Not quite 1. It measures out to be .980 and it is actually a hair over 25mm. This is not an issue for me as I plan on making a small bore solvent trap out of it. If you need a solid 1 for your project then this wont work for you. Im satisfied with my purchace.

I had an aluminum lace splitter that had a 1 inch aluminum rod that was a little short to add extra lace widths of grooves to. These being longer and the exact diameter worked out great. There was prompt shipment and even though the Post Office tore hugh holes in the package, thankfully the rods were still in there.
