One of the two cables wouldnt stay connected in the port because of a defect.

Does what it is meant to do .

Works. Projects the audio from the tv to the sound bar via the square port with the dust cover and red light.

Its plugged in. Cant get sounds through the TV to the sound bar.

Two simple cables for a cheap price and with a complimentary light? Was skittish of a random USB but its just a simple light and the cables are basic which is what I was looking for so no complaints from me.

Works great product arrive very quickly

My soundbar had a horrible echo with this optical. Swapped them out, problem resolved. Guess you just cant go cheap on some things. And Im not an electrician to explain all of that but I what I can say is the cord is super thin and flimsy feeling.
