This design is so much better than the mesh. Sturdy and easy to clean. Time will tell if local water is quickly corrosive to it. Happy with the purchase.

I needed a strainer for my sink and seeing this on Amazon at such a reasonable price I figure it would be some flimsy thing, but whatever I wasnt planning on buying the best of the best by any means. Man was I surprised when this purchase turned out to be so solid (literally). The design is nice, its made of solid material, and it fits my sinks drain so snug. Very happy with this purchase, plus you get two!

High quality product, especially for the price. Catches anything and everything you dont want going down into your sink. Looks good too.

We dont have a garbage disposal. They make units similar to these that use a screen material to catch things you dont want going down your drain. These are better! They use perforated stainless steel instead of screening, which makes these so much easier to clean. I like these so much Im thinking Im going to order another pair to have on hand ✋️.
