> 24 hourI was looking for a small to medium ladder to keep inside the house that wouldn’t take up much storage space and still be sturdy and easy to handle. Looked at lots of ladders and reviews and settled on this one and am really glad I did. It has three steps, but I don’t get up on the third step unless necessary and near a wall. The ladder is very stable, no wobbling, but I don’t feel comfortable without something to reach out for up there. I have 9’ ceilings in my apartment and you could reach the ceilings, depending on your height. I am 5’6” and would have to stand on the third step with my arm reaching up. That should give you an idea for your own personal use. It folds very easily and takes a minimal amount of space to store. It is also very light to carry around from place to place. I’m not actually sure how much it weighs, but it seems like about 12-15 lbs. I can easily lift it over my head to get it over furniture, etc and I’m a scrawny old lady. Lol. I would buy this ladder again.

> 24 hourThe pluses: Overall, I find this step ladder to be pretty sturdy and does the job. Being able to grasp the side rails and climb up the large steps gives me a great sense of security. I don’t have to be so afraid of falling. I found I wasn’t able to snap the top step into place. It could be a leverage thing; my height does not allow me to use my weight to secure the step, but stepping onto the first step does the same thing. Just be ready to hear a snap. Hopefully, the stiffness will loosen some, as I’m not able to collapse the ladder either. All the parts and screws were included, along with two hex wrenches to tighten the barrel screws into place. The tool bag is a nice idea. The negatives: The barrel screws aren’t the best quality, though they do work. No directions for assembly or use were provided, though there were a few stickers that helped direct placement for the rails. Be sure to watch the consumer videos available online for this product. The LARGEST problem encountered, which would have resulted in a return, was the lack of drilled holes needed to orient and hold the front feet in place. WOW. How did that get by unnoticed? The omission of safety and assembling instructions and overlooked steps in constructing components shows a lack of attention to quality control. If I had no knowledge on how to put this ladder together or lacked the ability to drill holes through a metal pipe, my rating would be lower. Fortunately, my husband has the tools and know-how to fix the problem. Update: The assembly and use pamphlet WAS included with the step ladder. It had fluttered unnoticed off to the side when I was unwrapping it and didn’t find it until the next day.

> 24 hourWell for one I’m height deficient , two I’m afraid of heights so after researching I bought this one and I am pleased.. it’s sturdy, has handles to help climbing up and down (eases the nerves) and high enough to get the job done.

> 24 hourHighly recommend this product. It’s a stable step ladder, structurally sufficient for those quick to do work that does not require large heavy duty ladder. You feel safe at the top most step even when you are carrying stuff with you. I’m glad I got this.

> 24 hourDon’t know what took me so long to get a stepladder. This one is sturdy, easy to maneuver, and fold to a slim size to fit between the fridge and wall. NOW I can reach top cupboards and change ceiling lights easily. Instead of using objects not meant to stand on. Love it!!

> 24 hourI live in a highrise apartment with 9 ft ceilings. Our maintenance guys are great about replacing fire alarm batteries DURING BUSINESS HOURS! LOL So after many middle of the night hours long chirping sessions were endured over the years, I decided to buy a ladder. But could I find one tall enough, not too cumbersome, and easy to store with limited space?? I wasnt sure I could until I found this! At first glance you wouldnt think it was that tall. I was shocked at the awesome height that made accessing my alarms a breeeeeze! I cant tell you how happy that makes me! Next, it folds so neatly and with such a slim profile, I can just store it next to my dryer in the laundry room in about a 4 space. And lastly, the weight is incredibly manageable. Its so nice to have the height of a traditional metal ladder without the extra weight. Definitely a bonus for me being older with limited strength. There are so many other uses for this too that I just find it a wonderful value. Cleaning windows, changing bulbs, painting, accessing high shelving, decorating for Christmas, etc... I am so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others!

> 24 hourWe planned to paint our walls this past week but our walls go too high up for my husband or I to reach. We ordered this 3 step stool, it arrived within days and was exactly what we needed! Im 57 tall and was able to safely stand on the top (3rd) step to blue painters tape the ceiling, my husband was able to stand on the top step to do the painting too. Its foldable and fits in our downstairs coat closet nicely. Very happy with this purchase, itll get lots of use in our home!

> 24 hourSo far this step ladder fits all of my step ladder needs. I used it to load my roof basket for a camping trip. Light enough to lift and carry where you need it, but sturdy enough for a 275lb guy with a 60lb load. Always feel secure. No teetering all the way up to top step. The padded handle is great to steady yourself while climbing. Easy to open and close. I like the locking feature, which is really easy to unlock when folding up, but stays locked when in use. I couldnt ask for a better step ladder than this.

> 24 hourThis was a hard 2-step ladder to find. I make one exception to my requirements, and Im glad I did. The height was the initial need (not to short, not to tall), but finding a full bottom step ... that was a challenge. Some ladders have basically a strip, not a step, or a narrow/short step. I wanted not only the sturdiness of a full (called wide in some brands), but a fully functional first step. A kid can sit on it (not comfortably). And, the steps can grip - made to not be slippery. I wanted a hard type grip on the handle, not a soft grip as I didnt want it to start tearing or getting punctures. But, this one has a soft and sturdy grip area. Yes, lightweight enough to hang on side of utility room wall, and to carry throughout the house.

> 24 hourThis review is for the small 3 step ladder variation of this product. I have a very solid, old, two step ladder, but moved from a house with 8 foot ceilings to one with 9 foot ceilings, and just needed a little bit more height. I didnt want anything heavier than what I had, and Im a fairly big guy, so wanted something that could easily support my weight. This three step ladder folds up tighter than the two step ladder (width-wise, although its taller, obviously); its lightweight, easy to move around the house, and gets me up where I need to get to at ceiling level with sturdy support. Pleasantly surprised, and can definitely recommend.
