The zippers work well and there is ample space inside. This is a welcome change from the fabric bag it replaced as I found the thick material took up more space.

How to set combination password?
The initial password is 0-0-0 for the 20 Inch carry on luggage with front laptop pocket.
To set your personal password please follow the next 4 steps:
1, Turn the button [B] to the initial password 0-0-0.
2, Use the pen or other tools to press the reset button [A] till you hear a click sound.
3, Turn the button [B] to reset your personal password.
4, Push the button [C] till you hear a click sound in the direction of the arrow.
Note: Please remember your password, if forget the password, the lock can"t be open
