I am using it for end of year gifts to put photos of classroom children on for their memories, cheaper than printing out the photos and they can share with family members.

Using disk recovery software found true manufacturer is VendorCo ProductCode - reputed to have a high number of products with falsified capacity. Using these entails a high assurance of data loss. Stick to a reputable name brand. I am tossing the remaining 18 purchased as too late to return and utterly unreliable.
