The 4 mil thickness (compared to 2 mil) of the bag adds just enough stiffness to make it easy to separate the edges to open. I’ve used 75 so far and the quality is consistently good. I’ve reopened and closed several bags 5 times without a problem. Be aware that the 2” width closes down when you open the bag so you will not get something 2” wide inside. Volume wise, it will hold 4 AAA or 3 AA batteries and I was able to put 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in the bag and no more. The clarity is such that you can read small text through three bags laying on top of the surface (6 layers of 4 mils). I would definitely buy this product again.

I several chronic health issues that require me to take a lot of medications and supplements, four times per day. Since Im on the go all the time, I need a way to pack up my meds and stick them in my pocket, so I buy these bags to help manage all of my various pills. I have tried several different brands, but these are my favorite. They are great because they are easier to seal and to open than other brands, and they are sturdy enough that I can refill them and use them more than once before they have to be thrown away. I also use these bags for small craft supplies like beads and buttons. My husband uses them to help sort and label tiny screws, nuts, and bolts. My son uses them to carry spare rubber bands for his braces. And last but not least, working in an elementary school, I have learned they are awesome to give little kids when they lose a tooth and need to get it home safely. You dont realize how much you need quality tiny baggies in your life until you have them.

These bags were the perfect size for my vitamin packets. The plastic is a little thicker but still easy to open and close. Will be able to reuse them because they are sturdy enough which saves plastic.

I refuse to use baggies other than these. My items never break thru the plastic

Exactly as described. Just the size I wanted. I wasnt sure how thick they would feel based on the measurement of thickness listed since I havent paid attention to that number in previous purchases. But now I know that 4mil is a nice sturdy plastic, not as thin and flexible as a typical ziplock style sandwich bag. Easy enough to open while still have a very secure connection when closed. Perfect for selling beads or earrings. Perfect for storing small jewelry to reduce tarnish.

These are thicker plastic & much nicer than ones I have purchased before.
