Was never able to get the device to connect to my Apple ID. Requested a return and refund. Returns old fashioned - required a printed label not an electronic transaction. Still waiting on a refund.

iPads appear to be brand new and never used. However, neither of the two charging cords that came with these iPads functioned. Luckily I have plenty of charging cords at home. Would be five star review if charging cords functioned.

This came packaged great. Very safely transported in the packaging. Worked without any flaws. Very happy w the purchase

If I was everyone I would replace the charger head. I charged the iPad for 20 mins and the head started smelling like burned and too hot to touch. PLEASE REPLACE THE CHARGES THAT COME WITH IT!!!!!

I think i just ordred thre wrong item, the description said latest mode, I have the air ipad and love it, I thought this was an improvment on my iPad. I just did not read the description very well, Sent it back.
