The product came in original packaging, wrapped perfectly. Looked good as new, and worked good as new. The value was great because all other iPads are way more expensive. I bought the iPad pencil to use with this and it works great. The Retina display looks good to me. Overall, really great purchase.

Ordered this for my daughter and so far it’s turned out great !!!

I will be buying a new one from Apple after this experience. The device condition was great, but it came 100% dead battery, and after a day of setup and charging overnight, the screen would not turn on. I could not power it on or off and it simply would not come on. Retuning it immediately.

Im so happy I went ahead and bought this renewed. It looks brand new and works well. Great battery life too. I use it almost everyday to read books and watch movies/shows. If you want to save some money, buy it now.

My daughter seems to like it

This is an excellent low-cost tablet supported by a wide range of apps and accessories. However, this listing for refurbished units states a list price of $429.99 for a new 32GB one which is incorrect and makes you think you’re getting a huge discount. The real price for a new one is only $329 at Apple so this is not a bargain for a refurbished one that does not come a full one year warranty and does not come with the original Apple accessories.
