Greater than one weekThis is the third laptop bought and all three had issues… HP advised to send back to have work done on the battery. I rather get a full refund and go elsewhere to buy a née laptop. This one bought June 2nd so sad I will never purchase a laptop on Amazon again. This is a HP rose 14”

Greater than one weekDon’t buy broke in 1 week Hp is a joke and you can not get in contact with nobody to get it fix and when I finally get to talk to someone 5 months later the laptop not cover I paid for extra insurance I just pay some more money and get something that going to last
