> 3 dayI am very pleased with the purchase. I almost didnt buy it because of negative reviews saying it was slow, sound too low, this and that. Glad I did purchase it. The sound quality is pretty standard to every other tablet Ive owned. The speed is faster than any Ive owned. For the price, it was an outstanding purchase. My only complaint is that it is very hard to open the slot tray to insert the sd card. I didnt have the special tool and paperclips did not open it. Hubby gave me a small nail and it actually opened it, though Im definitely not suggesting to do that. Im really happy with this tablet.

> 3 dayThe overall quality is good, color exceptional, but the inadequate sensitivity when using a stylus or your finger to use the tablet is sometimes maddening. It hesitates, at times, such that I sometimes have to tap the screen several times to get any response. A major upgrade is necessary to fix this annoying issue. Apparently, this is also a tablet that Samsung has no plans to upgrade to Android 11 and also annoying. Although Ive had multiple Samsung devices, their quality is slipping on some devices making me wonder if Ill want to upgrade to any new Samsung Tablets or phones.

> 3 dayMy daughter is very happy with the product. I received it super fast here in an international country in Costa Rica. The package of the case and the memory really gives you what you need. Samsung quality gives you that safety you are looking for. The tablet is super fast it makes calls it receives calls. I have whatsapp to call my daughter. It actuallys gives me a tablet and a phone in one. With the size to be used as a tablet. My daughter has her teams meating from virtual school. She be on Tik Tok all day and the battery holds. I downloaded HBO MAX on it. The other day I started watching an episode with only %8 battery and I finished it, using only half the volume to not wake up my love one at night for is loud.

> 3 dayThis is a really nice tablet, however, because it states LTE in the description, and I checked the bands against the Verizon bands, my assumption was I could switch this out with my current tablet which has its own cell number on my Verizon plan. This is not the case, after an hour on phone w/Verizon tech, was told to go to Verizon store for assistance, then told is not compatible with their network. There is a workaround IMEI number for AT&T and Cricket, but not usable for Verizon (per Verizon store service tech). So, unfortunately, I must return it as I dont have a very strong Wifi signal. As I said, it is a really nice tablet, if you have the Wifi or cell provider that supports it, I recommend it.
