I bought this for a friend whose laptop was on its last legs. She was happy to get it and has called me 3 days in a row to rave about how happy she is with all the features. It does everything she needs.

It was the small for me, and ran too slow for my needs.

My kids love it. It is easy for them to use for homeschool. Nice touch screen. Nice key board.

First time owning a Chromebook. Replaced an aging Windows lap top that was also a convertible with same size touch screen. This is much lighter, boots up fast and has great battery life. Didnt need all the power of the laptop since I mainly use this for web surfing, Skyping, emails, etc. Like that it automatically backs up to the Google cloud and if anything messes up, it can be reset to factory settings without loosing any of my files.

This was a gift for my husband and it arrived with part of the screen falling popping out out of its frame. Never even turned it on.

The start-up directions were in Russian, Greek, and two other languages. Not English. I thought this would be a nice gift for my 13 year old for Christmas. If anyone know what happens when turning it on for the first time, I would love to know. We put it back in the box, but my son wants to try it. He likes the idea of a touch screen and the other reviews were pretty good.

Too much to do when it doesn’t respond.....run the diagnostics, clear the cache, don’t boot up the computer before your hotspot....like it’s an outdated model...I’m using this computer to buy another computer worst $300 I ever spent...
