The laptop worked fine and was competively priced, as good or better than purchasing locally.

This product was not the same as advertised. It was a more of a bait and switch operation. The computer I originally ordered was used or refurbished. After talking to the seller I returned the used computer to the seller.

ASUS laptop easy to use. Well made.

Already had a file installed that bogged down operations until we got rid of it. The operating is still slow. He wants me to switch from my iPhone to computer but it is so slow…

My first laptop. Works really well. Im not very pc savvy but with my daughters help, Im figuring it out. ASUS may give me an extended warranty for this review.

I got this for my hubby for Christmas to replace his old Asus that was over 10 years old. He especially likes how light weight it is. The only down side is the fact that the plug to charge it is on the opposite side as the old one and therefore is on the opposite side of the electric outlet. It took a little bit of time to get used to but now doesnt seem to be a problem. The speakers are excellent and so much better than the ones in the old laptop. It doesnt have the built in optical drive but that isnt an issue anymore since he has an external one after the one in the old laptop stopped working. If you like Asus and need a new laptop I do recommend this one for everyday use.

Operates very difficult to use compared to my old pc. I still have trouble using it. I would never buy another one.

Wouldn’t let me connect with Microsoft keep saying your device need 2 b upgraded

This is a decent laptop. Use it for work and when having multiple screens/tabs open it’s slow. Other than that happy with it.

Last only like 6 months, screen blackout
