This was awful. The blue star balloons wouldn’t float with the helium (but the silver stars did???) and all 4 of the numbers (2021) had holes in them!! I had to find and tape the holes one by one so they would stay full. The puff decorations were extremely small and looked nothing like the picture. Do not waste your time buying this product.

The balloons were easy to put up.

Ordered 2 sets of these decorations for our scholars ceremony and when I went to use them, most of the items were unusable. The balloons were very small and did not hold helium for more than 20 minutes. The paper on the pom poms was incredibly thin and easily torn, they also smelled really bad. The mylar balloons were very thin as well and the large balloons with the year were so thin my finger went through it when I picked it up after filling with air. BUYER BEWARE!

The balloons worked, but none of the molar 2021 held air so was unable to be used. A waste of money!

All the pieces arrived, but the straw that is usually included to blow up the mylar balloons was missing and there are no instructions about how to make the paper pom-poms (shipped flat) into pom poms. So, at this point, I have some nice blue and white balloons, and that is it. What a waste. And I am discovering all this right as I am trying to put up the decorations as a surprise. Not happy.

Used the package to decorate stage for graduation. Turned out perfect!
